TechKote WB 2700 (B6), is a black, water based, low VOC, fast drying, direct-to-metal, corrosion resistant primer. TechKote WB 2700 (B6) provides superior adhesion on less than clean substrates, excellent corrosion protection and multi-chemical resistant. TechKote WB 2700 (B6) is non-flammable and does not contain any lead, chrome or any Hazardous Air Pollutants.

TechKote WB 2700 (B6) is available at our Brighton, Michigan facility in 55-gallon drums, 330-gallon totes and 5 gallon pails.

Do not freeze. Store at temperature between 45-100 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not pressurize container or reuse empty container.

Mix / application & Use
Mix completely before use. TechKote WB 2700 (B6) typically is applied at a minimum film thickness of 2.5 mils (unless otherwise directed by the customer approval) using: HVLP, Conventional, Airless, Airless / Air Assisted, Electrostatic spray methods. TechKote WB 2700 (B6) is an air-dry coating and will be dried to handling in 20 minutes (depending on environmental conditions) To reduce dry time, TechKote WB 2700 (B6) may be oven dried as long as temperature does not exceed 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Allow seven days for full cure.
