TechKool FT 4000A Synthetic Coolant

TechKool

Description:

TechKool FT 4000A is a light to medium duty, synthetic cutting fluid that is optimal for machining, grinding and tube forming of ferrous alloys as well as light duty non-ferrous alloys. A bio-stable coolant, this product combines excellent rust protection with low foaming characteristics and long sump life. It was formulated to reject tramp oil that can cause smoking or misting and premature spoilage of coolant. Being mineral oil free, it will run cleaner with less drag out and have improved part visibility over oil containing products.
TechKool FT 4000A is chlorine, sulfur, triazine (formaldehyde releaser), dicyclohexylamine (DCHA) (secondary amine), and 1,2-Benzisothiazolin-3-one (BIT) free.
